Our Guarantees
Your satisfaction and our workmanship of your memorial keepsake purchase is 100% guaranteed. Simply notify us within 30 days of receiving your keepsake and we will recreate your order at no extra charge to you.
Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
Returns can be made within 30 days of shipment to you. A refund of your purchase price will be made, less a 4% restocking fee and shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not pay return shipping charges. Any costs incurred to return ship the order will be paid by the customer. Order cancellations once confirmed are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Memorial or Designer Custom Keepsake orders are non refundable due to the sensitive nature of the keepsake contents.
Shipping
Your memorial keepsake purchase is shipped by USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge to you within the continental United States. All other products are charged a standard rate USPS Priority Mail charge that will be added at checkout. USPS delivery normally takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive. If you would like to add shipping services or change shipping methods, we are happy to discuss with you different arrangements and the associated cost(s).
Damages
Damages due to dropping, improper care or maintenance are not covered. We will, however, be happy to work with you regarding cost(s) to repair(s) or for the replacement of your keepsake. If damage should occur during shipment, we shall be notified, in writing by you within 48hrs of the Post Office delivery receipt date.
Payment
Payment transactions on our site are processed through PayPal secure shopping cart. If you wish, you may choose to make payment for any of our products by credit card over the phone or by e-mail, via PayPal receipt. We are happy to assist you with questions that you may have before your purchase. You can contact us by e-mail on this site or by calling us at 303.810.1135. Your credit card statement will show your purchase being made from Wrays n’ Wood Art Glass Design, our parent company.
Privacy
We value your time and your privacy like we value our own. We will never sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties. Your personal information that you provide to us is used for the sole purposes of Pet Memorial Glass & Jewelry and for shipping of your purchases to you.
Designer Custom Keepsake Orders
Designer Custom Keepsake orders require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit when an agreement has been reached to create a custom design mach up for you. Designer Custom mach up’s are approved by the ordering client before any work begins on the keepsake piece. Balance is due in full once your approval of the mach up is made. Designer Custom Keepsake orders are non refundable.
Donations
A donation of ten percent of the proceeds from the purchase of your memorial keepsake will be made, by us, to an approved non-profit animal organization in your pet’s name. We will ask you for your preference of organization. Ten percent of the proceeds from all other purchases on our site are also donated annually to our local non-profit animal facilities.
